Leaky Gut

- Topic: Gastrointestinal Physiology
Description:
The purpose of this lesson is for students to become aware of how the diffusion process can affect the normal physiologic workings of the body, as well as to demonstrate how a normal gut barrier differs from disrupted gut barrier using a laboratory demonstration. This activity can be adjusted for any middle or high school grade level.
