Frontiers in Physiology Programs What are LOTs

 Local Site Team Goals
  • Stimulate teachers to use inquiry and create equity in the classroom
  • Create new inquiry teaching units 
  • Provide inquiry-based practices for student science teachers in the Transition to Teaching program at IU School of Education
  • Provide CRUs to teachers participating in inquiry workshops
  • Expand the program to engage teachers throughout the State of Indiana
Target Audience

The Indianapolis LST is focusing on providing professional development for middle and high school teachers, including pre-service teachers at the Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus.
